Oasis Shawarma Restaurant is committed to providing high-quality food and excellent customer service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds will be issued.

**Refund Eligibility:**

1. **Incorrect Orders:** If we deliver an incorrect order, a full refund will be issued upon return of incorrect items.

2. **Food Quality Issues:** If food quality does not meet expectations due to our error, a partial/full refund will be considered.

3. **Cancellation:** Orders cancelled within 10 minutes of placement may receive a full refund.

4. **Delivery Issues:** Refunds/exchange considered for delayed/damaged deliveries due to our fault.

**Refund Exclusions:**

1. **Customer Preferences:** Refunds not issued for personal taste preferences or dietary changes.

2. **Consume Over 50%:** Partial refunds rarely considered if over 50% of order consumed.

3. **Expired Claims:** Refund claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery/pickup.
